The making of "Little Sammy's Big Leap": I started by editing and enhancing some footage I shot of Sammy (with a Kodak Easyshare camera) using (as usual) Paintshop Pro/Animation Shop and Corel Photopaint. I then created some music to go with the visual elements using Cakewalk Sonar. Finally, I combined and compressed everything with Quicktime Professional.

Sammy was a great actor to work with. He required very little in the way of direction and really seemed born for this role. Other cats might have required multiple takes to do what he did - He got it right the first time.
