Shiny Metal Flier (2007):

Summary: On a dark planet somewhere, a shiny metal flier roars out of the hanger and takes off skyward. The visual elements were modeled in POVRay.

Comments: This movie is a take off on an animated gif I did back in 2006 (it's the top one on this page). I used the flier's code without much alteration, but I made substantial changes to the static elements of the scene. I enjoyed working on the project without the constraint of trying to shrink it down into a size suitable for an animated gif.

I created all of the sounds used in Shiny Metal Flier with the DreamStation synth, by Audio Simulation. It's a versatile little tool.
